ITAB aims to connect research activities and stakeholders in order to
develop organic agriculture.
3 MAIN ACTIVITIES

Networking activities
To facilitate partnerships and to implement innovation networks & tools. ITAB works with 500 stakeholders in partnership (public
and private research organisations (INRA...), farmers and farmer

national funding for multi-actor projects in agriculture and innovation).
Dissemination activities
To share knowledge and research results through publications, workshops, national and international conferences
The www.itab.asso.fr website provides a lot of

(H2020 – ITAB WP leader), SOLIBAM (FP7), COBRA (CORE Organic II) or ECO-PB as
well as national projects such as ProABiodiv, ITAB developed skills in
transdisciplinary research, sensory quality assessments (tools and methodology
for plant breeding), community seed systems and management of genetic
resources, organic seeds production and organic plant breeding (traits,
strategies, regulations) and on multi-actors project management. ITAB is
currently involved in two European Thematic Networks dealing with innovations
